To obtain entrant details to establish a winner for the Clacton on Sea Air Show programme cover design competition.
Submission of an entry requires acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition which include consent for the information to be used for the purposes of establishing a winning entry.

Details will be retained for a period of 3 months following announcement of winning entry and all personal data will then be disposed of in a secure manner.
Information may be shared within the council where necessary and with local press for the announcement of a winning entry in accordance with the associated terms and conditions of entry to the competition.
The competition entrant themselves or, if they are aged 15 years or under, the appropriate parent / guardian providing consent on their behalf.
