Tendring voters elect eight councillors in Essex County Council elections

Voters across Tendring have been to the polls to elect eight councillors to County Hall.

The election for all Essex County Councill divisions in the district took place on Thursday, 7 May, with the count taking place overnight at Clacton Leisure Centre.

The overall turnout across Tendring was 42%.

Ian Davidson, Deputy Returning Officer, thanked everyone who played a part in delivering the election.
