The Consultation runs from Monday 7 September 2026 until 5pm on Monday 19 October 2026.

You are encouraged to read the Submission Version of the Local Plan and submit your comments using out Online Consultation Portal

‍Respond on Paper

If you are unable to respond online, the consultation documents and paper response forms are available to view at Clacton Town Hall and at public libraries throughout the district during normal opening hours.

Completed paper forms should be returned to: Planning Policy, Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SE or emailed to: planning.policy@tendringdc.gov.uk

Deadline for Responses

All representations must be received no later than 5pm on Monday 19th October 2026.
