When submitting your planning application it is important that you provide the correct fee. Paying the incorrect fee could invalidate your application.

Changes to Planning Fees 17 January 2018
Our fees now incorporate a 20% increase and the following changes:
- The removal of a ‘free go’ for removal of PD rights under Article 4 – these are now chargeable as a normal application
- Introduction of ‘Permissions in Principle’ the second part of which is Technical Details Consent.
Paying for your application
When submitting your application you can choose to pay online (if you have submitted your planning application online via the planning portal) or by cheque, cash or card.
Please note: The Planning Portal is introducing a £20 financial transaction fee from 10 September 2018. This fee is in addition to the application fee. Should you wish to submit your application direct to TDC via email and make a telephone payment, please email your application documents to email@example.com and telephone 01255 686161.
