How to complain about your agent?

If you feel that you have not been offered/given a good or professional service by our agent, the first step should always be to set out your complaint to that agent. They may be able to explain satisfactorily why things happened they way that they did or they may be able to rectify the situation.

If you are still unsatisfied, you could make a written complaint to the professional body to which they belong. If they do not belong to any professional body, you do not have this recourse. You could consider contacting Trading Standards or may feel that it is a legal matter to pursue through your solicitor.
