Send the completed form along with an up to date extract from the Ordnance Survey outlining the relevant property to:

We will process your request to view CON29 information under EIR as soon as possible, but certainly within 20 working days. We will E Mail you as soon as the information has been compiled. Please note that no CON29 information will be prepared without a plan clearly identifying the property in question.
