How to Submit or Cancel a Search Application

Please send the LLC1 and CON29 form (and CON29O where applicable), along with 2 copies of an up to date extract from the Ordnance Survey, to :

Please note we no longer use the DX service.


Email Applications

Please send your application forms and plans to the following email address along with a contact telephone number. We will check the application and call you between approximately 9 and 10am on the morning we accept your search to take payment via a credit or debit card.

Search Cancellation Policy

Searches can only be cancelled, and your fee returned, if the Local Land Charges office is notified before the search is accepted.  Please call us on 01255 686577 for further information.
