Help us cut the clock and end mental health stigma

 Armed Forces charity Help for Heroes launched their ‘Cut the Clock’ campaign to highlight that on average it takes four years for a Veteran to ask for mental health support.

A bucket collection in aid of Help for Heroes will take place with the “Cut the Clock” image projected on to Clacton Town Hall.

Back in January the Armed Forces charity Help for Heroes launched their ‘Cut the Clock’ campaign to highlight that on average it takes four years for a Veteran to ask for mental health support.

The “Cut the Clock” image will be projected on to Clacton Town Hall next Thursday evening (14th February).

Everyone is asked to gather at Clacton Town Hall at 5.30pm for 5.45pm to show their support.

A bucket collection in aid of Help for Heroes will also take place.
