Working under the Enforcement Team Leader, duties will include:
You will be well-organised, methodical and have the ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and report writing skills and a strong commitment to customer care.
Having the ability to negotiate and give clear messages under pressure along with possessing the tact and diplomacy to deal with a wide range of people and situations are key skills for this role.
