TSA Accreditation

TEC Services Association (TSA) – Accreditation to the Quality Standards Framework (QSF)

Tendring Careline is a member of the TSA, the national body of Carelines, and as such they undertake a yearly audit of our services to ensure we are compliant, performing to a high standard and operating a safe service. It is not mandatory to be accredited, or to even be a member of the TSA, but this is your assurance that we are a service to be trusted.

The QSF has 10 common standards and 3 sets of KPIs and for an organisation to be accredited it has to be compliant with all 13.
