To maintain a log of all corporate complaints, correspondence and queries received via Member of Parliament and manage the sending of responses.

Data as supplied. These may include:

- Telephone number
- Any other information provided by the correspondent or complainant which may be personal in nature.
How long do we keep your personal data?
5 years in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Retention Schedule.

We may share your information with:
- Relevant internal officers and departments
- External third-party agencies (including other Local Authorities) if applicable and where appropriate to the content of the complaint or correspondence.
- Member of Parliament submitting the complaint or correspondence
