This is the Re-deposit version of the Tendring District Replacement Local Plan, which sets out the changes that have been made to the First Deposit Draft. These changes take into account the representations that were received by this Council during the period of consultation that occurred between 28 th May and 23 rd July 2004.
This version also includes any changes that have been made as a result of legislative changes and development that has occurred since the publication of the First Deposit Draft.
The changes made are shown in the following ways:
Where a change has resulted in the deletion of words from the Plan, these deleted words are shown with a line through them.

Where a change has resulted in the inclusion of new words, these new words are shown with a line under them.

The Proposals Map and Proposals Map Insets have been updated to reflect the policies and proposals contained in the Written Statement as amended. The amendments are not specifically shown on these maps.
