Car parking

Check the nearest car parks on our visitor map. The theatre is shown near the centre of the map, marked with TH.  All our car parks are currently free from 3pm for the foreseeable future.

Facilities & access for disabled customers

The Princes Theatre aims to be accessible and welcoming to all and we are committed to making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Disabled customers who are unable to attend without assistance may also bring a personal assistant for free. Please inform the Box Office of any special requirements at the time of booking. The theatre is accessible by wheelchair and has at least seven wheelchair spaces available every show. The Princes Theatre also has an induction loop in the auditorium and bar.

Refreshments and bar

A confectionery sales service is available at least 30 minutes prior to the performance and ice cream sales are available during the interval. A licenced bar is open from 45 minutes prior to 'curtain up', during the interval and after the performance. Drinks are not permitted in the auditorium, smoking is NOT permitted in any part of the venue.

Photography

Unless otherwise stated, the use of cameras and audio-visual equipment is not permitted. Some show promoters may require customers to hand cameras and audio-visual equipment in at the door for safe keeping during the performance.

Mobile phones

Please ensure that mobile phones are turned off during the performance.

Cancelled or postponed shows

Should a show be cancelled, every effort will be made to contact all customers by letter, phone or email, dependent on time available. Tickets will be refunded in all cases. If the show is cancelled by a third party eg. artist or company, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer.

Programme

The Management reserve the right to alter the programme and times due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.

Merchandise

Merchandise is available for some shows. We cannot be held responsible for any items purchased from third parties.

Policy Statement

The Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Ticket Availability

Tickets are sold on the next best available basis.

Concessions

Some shows have a concessionary ticket price. A child 16 or under and senior citizens are eligible for concessionary rates.

Block Booking

A block booking service is available for many shows. Please enquire at the box office.

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved for up to five working days. Reservations not paid for within this time will be released.

Refunds and Exchanges

We regret that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Where a performance is sold out tickets may be returned to the box office for re-sale although no guarantee can be given for a successful exchange.

Lost Tickets

Customers who mislay their tickets may be asked to wait until all other patrons are seated. This may be avoided if the box office is notified in advance, as tickets may be reprinted.
