You will help with the delivery of a superb level of customer service by answering enquiries submitted via email, telephone and in person, but will also:
• Provide Planning advice (training will be provided)
• Undertake research associated with sites across the District.
• Process, and prepare, data for requests submitted under Environmental Information Regulations
The work is often fast-paced and varied so the ability to keep a clear head and adapt quickly to different situations is essential.
Planning experience is not necessary, but our ideal candidate will be quick thinking, a team player and have experience in a customer focused environment. The ability to move from task to task without losing focus is essential.
With an excellent telephone manner and superb communication skills, you will have a calm, mature and personable attitude.
