Final details of a scheme to build two new homes on an overgrown paddock area in Great Holland have been given the thumbs up.
Tendring District Council (TDC) originally granted outline planning permission in November last year.
Now the applicant has submitted the layout, scale, design and landscaping for the proposal for two single storey properties with garages.
TDC felt it is an appropriate development that would not appear out of place with little impact on neighbours. There was no objection from Essex County Council as the highway authority.
Frinton and Walton Town Council supported the proposal but there were two letters of objection.
The scheme was given the all-clear with eight conditions imposed.
