The high level policy for managing our non-housing is the Capital Strategy and Asset Management Plan (see useful documents on top right side of this page). It sets the high level management arrangements and processes.
We are creating a Land and Property Strategy aiming to address in more detail what we aim to achieve in different parts of the district and with different kinds of properties.
