Employers Wanted!!!
 

Do you know any companies that might benefit from an Apprentice?  Tendring District Council are looking for new employers to offer Apprenticeship opportunities in Administration or Customer Services to young people in the area.  
 
Most of our employers are based in Tendring and Colchester however we have employers throughout North East Essex.
 
In many cases employers can access £1500 funding from the National Apprenticeship Service.
 
Apprenticeships can be used to train both new and existing employees and the training is paid for by Career Track.

Information for Employers

Career Track has successfully been working with businesses in Tendring and Colchester for over 30 years.

We are able to tailor a programme to suit the needs of your business and those of your staff.

We offer a full FREE recruitment service and as much or as little support needed to work with your apprentice.

For a small employer we can advise on contracts of employment and health and safety, for large employers we can provide advice and guidance on your training and development needs.

We work with a large network of providers and can access funding opportunities and other training options on your behalf.

Many of our employers would be happy to speak to you about how Apprenticeships have benefitted their organisation – please contact us for more details.

Apprenticeship Grant for Employers of 16 to 24 year olds (AGE 16 to 24)

The AGE 16 to 24 is aimed at helping eligible employers to offer young people employment through the Apprenticeship programme, by providing wage grants to assist employers in recruiting a young apprentice.
