Tendring District Council is responsible for the repair and maintenance of street name plates within the District, when this becomes necessary either due to accidental damage, vandalism or normal wear and tear.

If you wish to report a missing / damaged name plate please contact us in any of the following ways:

• Complete our on-line reporting form, or
• Email engineeringservices@tendringdc.gov.uk, or
• Telephone 01255 686942

Repairs or replacement may take up to 3 months from receipt of a fault report.

Please note that it is not the Council's policy to erect more than one street name plate on each end of minor roads.
