For PCNs issued on or before the 30th March 2008 all contraventions both on-street and in a car park the PCN charge is £60, this is reduced to £30 if the notice is paid within 14 days of issue. If you don't make payment or respond to letters sent to you the charge will increase to £90.

For PCNs issued on or after 31st March 2008 the charge is £70 for more serious contraventions and £50 for less serious contraventions. Both charges are reduced by 50% if the notice is paid within 14 days of issue. If you don't make payment or respond to the letters sent to you the charge will increase by 50% in each instance. i.e £105 and £75.
