Severe Weather

Description

"Nice weather we're having. A bit windy!"

As a nation supposedly obsessed with the weather it's surprising that although many of us watch, listen to or read weather forecasts, we don't actually think a lot about how the weather is going to affect us.

To help raise awareness on how we can minimise the negative impact of severe weather conditions on our daily lives, Tendring District Council Emergency Planning Unit has produced a series of leaflets providing advice on what to do in the event of severe weather, from how to prepare to driving in extreme conditions.

Click on the images below to view and / or download each leaflet. The leaflets are provided in pdf format, you will need the free adobe acrobat reader software to open them.
