Welcome to Dovercourt Swimming
Pool.
Facilities include a 25m swimming pool, fitness suite; a full size
floodlit synthetic pitch. A spectator area and vending service is
also provided.
The pool
offers swimmers public sessions, swimming lessons, fun sessions,
water aerobics and dedicated sessions for 50+ and ladies. The pool
is also the home of Dovercourt and Harwich Swimming Club.

Swimming Pool Programme

At our 18 station Lifestyles Fitness Suite we can offer the
following:

- A choice of resistance machines to tone and shape your
body
- Personalised programmes
- Fully qualified instructors
- Fitness Tests
Please note all users of this facility must complete an
induction prior to using the equipment. Induction's can be booked
at reception.
A partnership with local General Practitioner surgeries offers
exercise on prescription as an alternative to conventional
medicine. (Please contact your GP for details).
The floodlit synthetic pitch is an ideal venue for football and
hockey and is used casually and on a block-booked basis by various
clubs and organisations.
