National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

Enrolments From 09.30am Sunday 26th October 2008.
All enrolments are on a first come, first serve basis as places are limited.

You must be available to attend all dates and times. Dates are all during November.

** Times are subject to slight alterations.

Please do not enrol unless you can meet all the criteria:-

• You must be 16 years of age at the start of the course
• You must be able to swim 50 metres (2 lengths) in under 1 minute
• You must be able to swim 100 metres continuously on front and back
• You must be able to tread water for 30 seconds in deep water
• You must be able to surface dive to the bottom of the pool (1.8 metres)
• You must be able to jump/dive in to deep water (1.8 metres)
• You must be able to climb out the pool unaided without steps/ladders.
