Welcome to Tendring Sport.

The sports and swimming pools service run by Tendring District Council operates from seven main sites across the District, seven days a week, for up to 15 hours a day.

Clacton Leisure Centre and the swimming pools in Dovercourt, Walton and Brightlingsea are owned and managed directly by the District Council. In addition to these facilities Leisure Services has responsibility for the management of Brightlingsea Sports Centre, which is a joint use sports facility arrangement with the Colne Community School. An active partnership is also in place with The Harwich School and Manningtree School, in the management of Harwich and Manningtree Sports Centres.

A wide and varied programme of activities offering hours of fun and pleasure for all the family attracts 700,000 customers a year providing opportunities for all ages and abilities.
