Beach huts are privately owned, usually advertised in either local press or local estate agents or via a sign on the front of the hut. Should you wish to purchase a hut already on site the current owner would negotiate the sale/transfer of ownership.

Once you have agreed to purchase a beach hut you will need to complete a Site Licence Application Form to have the beach hut licence put into your name. The form is available to download from the menu on the left hand side of the website or you can collect one from the Town Hall or any of the Council's cash offices.
