The Council is responsible for managing and maintaining public open spaces throughout the District. Council staff oversee the maintenance of all open spaces this includes, seafront gardens, parks, recreation grounds, Council housing areas, cemeteries and crematorium, and roadside verges. The grounds maintenance work is carried out by Council staff based in the following areas, Clacton, Frinton and Walton, Harwich and Rural. Please see below for link to maintained areas.
