The Naze, Walton on the Naze
The
fossil hunt starts at the Naze at the N.E.T. Stall, beside the Naze
Links Cafe, CO14 8EL. Open to everyone who loves looking for
fossils. Due to no ramps leading on the Naze Tower beach, it is
unsuitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
What
you may find: Sharks Ray teeth, Fossil wood, Fossil shells,
Whalebone, Fossil vertebrae, Fossil Sponges and Fossil
pooh.
Highlights
of the Hunt: Discovering Fossils and how to find them. How to look
after Fossils once you have found them. Great beaches to
explore.
