How much will I earn?
£2.50 per hour is the minimum wage for an apprenticeship. Once
you have worked for 1 year and reach the age of 19 you will then be
entitled to national minimum wage.
How long will my apprenticeship last?
Everyone learns at different speeds therefore anywhere between
12-15 Months.
How many hours will I work?
Days and hours are advertised in all job adverts on the
apprenticeships website.
Do I get to choose where I work?
Yes, you can apply for vacancies through the Apprenticeships
website.
Do I get holiday leave?
Yes, this will be down to individual company policy.
I already have a job, can I still do a
apprenticeship?
Yes, however this will need to be discussed with your employer
and Career Track.
How much training time am I entitled to?
3.5 Hours per week at work
When will I see my assessor?
You will see your assessor every 4 weeks for an hour to go
through your progress and setting new actions and deal with any
questions you may have. |
