You may have or need employees who are suitable for Work Based Learning. Career Track is able to provide NVQ Level 2 and 3 training for any of your employees, please contact the office for current funding provision. If you have a vacancy within Business Administration or Customer Service then Career Track can also assist you in helping to find the right person for the position.

Who are we?

Career Track is a professional training service provided by Tendring District Council for employers and professional practices in North East Essex. It is used extensively by a wide range of organisations giving them easy access to quality training and National Vocational Qualifications relevant to national, industrial, commercial and professional practice standards.

Organisations will also benefit from Key Skill training which could assist in increasing the level of qualification of their employees. Career Track work as part of the BCT Consortium. You can visit the BCT website here http://www.bctconsortium.org.uk/

What do we do?

We provide training for Work Based Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in the specific skills sought by their employer.

All our vacancies are advertised on the Apprenticeships website at http://www.apprenticeships.org.uk/ and can be applied for here also. Monitoring and Assessments are carried out in the workplace and relevant off-the-job training sessions are held in our training rooms.

Right to Time off to Study for Training

Anyone between the ages of 16 and 25 who has not already achieved a qualification to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent has the right to time off for study or training.
