Appeal to the local government ombudsman

An applicant who is aggrieved about the decision on review may complain to a Local Government Ombudsman if they have been treated unfairly as a result of maladministration. However, before making a complaint to an Ombudsman, an applicant must first give the authority an opportunity to respond to the complaint by making a complaint through the Council's complaints procedure.
