| Appeal to the county
court |
|
If you have sought a review on a homeless
application and you are not happy with the decision of the
Council's Appeals Sub-Committee, you have the right to appeal to
the County Court. You do not have this right with regard to a
housing register application. You can not make your appeal to the
County Court on a question of fact. You can only appeal on a point
of law. You may wish to discuss the content of your appeal with a
local solicitor, the
Citizen's Advice Bureau or Shelter Housing
Aid. |
