What can I do if I disagree with the council's decision?


You have the right to request a review of any decision of the local authority on:

a) Eligibility for assistance
b) Any decision regarding duties that are owed by the local authority to you.
c) Any decision regarding referral of your case to another authority
d) Any decision regarding the suitability of accommodation offered.

You will be advised in writing if you have a right to a review and your request for a review must be made within 21 days of you being notified of the Council's decision. For further information see our Right to Request a Review web page.
