Cash Incentive Scheme 2012/13

This form is for use by secure tenants of Tendring District Council who wish to apply to receive a lump sum payment to help them with the purchase of a property in the private sector. Any grant payment that is made is on the condition that the tenant/s surrenders their existing accommodation to enable the Council to house a family in housing need.
This form can be filled in and submitted on-line for initial processing, however a signed copy is also required. When submitting you will be able to print a copy, which you need to sign and send to the address given on the last page.
