In 2005, Tendring District Council completed a Stock Options Appraisal. This was a process through which the Council, together with its tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders, looked at a range of possible options for the future ownership and management of its housing. The outcome of this process was a recommendation that stock retention is the preferred option for Tendring. Our option appraisal has now been signed-off by the Government Office.
