10am & 2.00pm for a chat.
A
volunteer supported scheme that provides help to low income,
isolated, frail and/or disabled residents in Tendring, in the form
of subsidised transport, small home maintenance tasks, wheelchair
pushing and gardening.
An
advocacy and advice service for people who feel at risk from
aggressive sales people and doorstep callers. Guiding hands has a
directory of local reliable trades people and if needed a volunteer
will help with quotes and be present during the negotiation and
delivery process.
A
computer database of community, voluntary, social and leisure
services and clubs operating in Tendring. It is updated twice a
year and is available to anyone in Tendring for a nominal
fee. |
