Soon after your tenancy starts, we will send you a rent card that states your tenancy reference number and how much rent you have to pay. You should have this card with you each time you pay your rent in person so that we can record your payment. If you do not have your rent card with you, we will give you a receipt and update your rent card next time you pay.

New cards are sent out at the beginning of April each year. If you have not received one by the middle of April, please contact the Rent Control Section and they will send you a duplicate card. Similarly, if you lose your rent card during the year, let them know and they can send you a replacement.
