If any tenant decides that they want to end their tenancy, they must give us four weeks' written notice (ending on a Monday at 12 noon) or pay four weeks' rent instead. Before ending their tenancy, they should also complete a notice to end your tenancy form and make sure that their rent is paid up to the end of the notice period.
