Repairs can be reported in any one of the following ways:

• on-line or by letter or by returning one of the prepaid repairs cards that we send out in April each year;
• by e-mailing HousingRepairs@tendringdc.gov.uk;
• by telephoning the Housing Maintenance Section on 01255 686477, or our out-of-hours service on 01255 222022 for emergencies outside normal office hours;
• by calling into Housing Reception at the Town Hall or any of our area offices;
• by faxing 01255 686407.
