The accommodation in each sheltered housing scheme usually
consists of bedsits or one-bedroom flats, although three of the
schemes also have a few bungalows. Each bedsit, flat or bungalow
has its own kitchen and sitting room or bedsitting room, and has
shared use of the communal lounge, bathroom and laundry facilities.
The lounge is often used for social events that you can choose
whether or not to take part in.

points scheme. This gives priority to those in the greatest need
and will take into account any medical reasons you have for wanting
