All our sheltered housing schemes are fitted with a door
entry system so that you can open the front communal door from your
own flat to let in your visitors. As these systems are for your
security, we strongly recommend that you only let in people who you
know or are expecting to visit. If a visitor does not get an answer
from your flat and they are concerned, they can press the separate
red button and be connected to the Scheme Manager or the Careline
Control Centre, who will try to help. Special arrangements can be
made to allow access for any carers you may have if you cannot open
the door yourself. You should discuss these with your Scheme
Manager. |
