The Brightlingsea surgery will be run by Philip Mills, our Estates Officer, and the Manningtree surgery by Matthew Wicks, our Senior Estates Officer, to provide an opportunity for all tenants living in these areas to discuss any housing issues or queries they may have. The Manningtree surgery has also teamed up with an officer from the Benefit and Revenue service to answer any queries on benefit claims and entitlements. It will also give an opportunity to discuss the possibilities for tenants to participate in the services that Housing provides.

The Brightlingsea surgery will be held from 10.15am to 11.45am in the Town Council Offices, on the following Tuesdays:

• 16 December 2008
• 20 January 2009
• 17 February 2009
• 17 March 2009

The Manningtree, Mistley and Lawford surgery will be held from 10.15am to 11.45am in the Community Room at Ironside Walk, on the following Wednesdays:

• 26 November 2008
• 17 December 2008
• 28 January 2009
• 25 February 2009
• 25 March 2009
