Our aim is to make sure that all our tenants and leaseholders are provided with opportunities and encouragement to become more involved in decisions about their homes and community. We do accept though that not all people will want the same level of involvement in all issues and that this may range from simply being kept informed to taking an active role in decision making. We aim to reflect these varying needs through our agreed Tenant Participation Compact - a summary of which is sent to all tenants each year.
