Description
In 2005, Tendring District Council completed its
Stock Options Appraisal. This was a process through which the
Council, together with its tenants, leaseholders and other
stakeholders, had to look at a range of possible options for the
future ownership and management of its housing.
At the end of this process, our tenants
overwhelmingly stated that the Council should remain as their
landlord and we are pleased that the Government accepted this case
that we put forward on behalf of our tenants.
