Description
Tendring District Council has published
Customer Service Standards, setting out the standards of
service that people can expect to receive from staff. It is based
on corporate priorities including giving accurate information,
choice where possible, courteous and helpful manners and an
effective complaints procedure. A poster is displayed in all
Council offices stating our Customer Service Standards and as well
as these, Housing Services Service Standards are also available via
the web-site on our strategies and plans pages through the link
below.
