Description

If you have to permanently move from your home because of redevelopment or improvement, there are circumstances where you may be entitled to a home loss payment. If this applies, we will arrange and pay for the removal of your belongings to your new home. We will also arrange and pay for the disconnection of household appliances at your present home and reconnection at your new home. This would cover appliances such as a cooker, washing machine, shower and dishwasher. You will be given a checklist to remind you that you are responsible for advising you electricity and gas suppliers, telephone company, doctor, etc... of your change of address.
