Its never too late to give up smoking and the rewards speak for themselves. But those who smoke or have smoked know it is not easy. Research shows that smokers who quit having received support are four times more likely to succeed.

Cigarettes contain around 4000 chemicals including ingredients such as rat poison, rocket fuel and nail polish remover.
