Householder Applications

• Householder application for works to a dwelling

Applications for Full Planning Permission

• Full application for Planning Permission

Applications for Outline Planning Permission

• Outline application for development with all matters reserved
• Outline application for development with some matters reserved

Applications for Reserved Matters and approval, removal or variation of conditions

Conservation Area Consent (only) and Listed Building Consent (only)

• Application to demolish a building or structure in a Conservation Area

Works to trees and hedgerows

• Application to carry out work on a tree subject of a Tree Preservation Order and/or for works to a tree in a Conservation Area

Advertisement Consent
