• Provide policies and proposals for non-land won supply
• Ensure extraction is matched by a high standard of restoration/site clearance

On 17 September 2009 Essex County Council published their consultation document on the Minerals Development Document: Site Allocation - Issues & Options papers. They sought public comments, made directly to Essex County Council before the deadline closing date which was 12 November 2009.
