When making a planning application in the Tendring District the
following forms must be used. Please ensure you use the correct
form or your application will be invalid.
Before selecting your application form below- please read and
comply with these notes.
The Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 requires
all public authorities to promote racial equality and prevent
racial discrimination. This form should accompany your
application.
