Pre Inquiry Changes
The Tendring District Replacement Local Plan Re-Deposit Draft
was placed on deposit for a statutory six-week period of
consultation from 7th November 2005 - 19th
December 2005. This exercise generated a number of objections and
in response, the Council had identified Pre-Inquiry changes which
are considered resolved a number of outstanding objections and
updated the plan.
The consultation period for the Pre-Inquiry Changes was from
Tuesday 9th May 2006 to Monday 19th
June 2006.
