Building Surveyors may be contacted between 9.00am - 10.30am or 14.30 to 17.00 Monday - Friday. For complex enquiries or pre-application meetings you are advised to contact the surveyor to make an appointment.

Administrative staff (available between 9.00 am -17.00 pm Monday to Friday) will provide general information and arrange appointments for surveyors. An answer phone is available for out of hours inspection requests on 01255 686111 - 5.00 pm - 8.45 am).

Please note that all inspections requested via email should include the following details:

Inspection date, application number, address of works, type of inspection, name and contact telephone number.

All inspections received before 10.00am may be carried out on the same day however ALL inspections will be confirmed via telephone.
